We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Holland, Ohio. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, providing vital support to our customer service initiatives. This role is primarily centered around addressing and resolving customer queries, managing support tickets, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our tech systems.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer tickets promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
• Provide troubleshooting support for year-end inventory, employing your knowledge of Mac computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory
• Utilize your experience with Apple devices and computer hardware to assist customers with technical issues
• Leverage your skills in configuration management and deployments to maintain and improve our systems
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times, addressing customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Use your skills in basic and hardware troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and maintain our service standards
• Assist in managing service desk tickets and support tickets to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely manner
• Utilize the ticketing system effectively to manage customer queries and maintain accurate records. • Job role requires minimum of 1 year experience as a Help Desk Analyst
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers is necessary
• Must have a good understanding and experience in using Microsoft products
• Experience in using and managing Active Directory is required
• The applicant must be well-versed with Apple Devices and their operation
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is mandatory for this role
• Must have experience in Configuration Management
• The candidate must be capable of handling Deployments
• Basic Troubleshooting skills are essential for this role
• Experience in Hardware Troubleshooting is also required
• The candidate must be capable of handling Service Desk Tickets efficiently
• Experience in managing Support Tickets is necessary for this role
