Accounts Receivable Clerk

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Handle the billing of fees/costs incurred and advanced to vendors for all core products.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to capture billable amounts and reconcile against items billed.
• Confirm all outstanding receivables are valid and collectable.
• Resolve and apply unidentified wires, checks and/or any other cash applications with issues.
• Establish and maintain client contacts in order to collect on client’s outstanding receivable.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports reflecting the status of each client’s account.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and IT regarding any client billing issues.
• Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees, and customers by email, phone, and in person.
• Foster, develop, and maintain detail oriented and collaborative working relationships.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Proficiency in Billing operations
• Expertise in using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
• Accounting or finance coursework or equivalent experience is a plus but not mandatory.
