Our Talent Acquisition Associate supporting the Boost Mobile division will play a crucial role in creating a positive candidate experience. Initially, you will focus on supporting our Deployment, CTO, and Enterprise organizations. If you are interested in corporate recruiting, this is a fantastic entry-level opportunityIn this role, you will: Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a supportive hiring process.Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).Take ownership of coordinating travel and processing travel reimbursements.Use TextEngagement, phone calls, and emails to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Ensure all parties are informed, and prepared, and arrive on time for interviews.Take an active role in each candidate's on-site experience, including facilitating interviews and serving as the point of contact for all candidate needs.Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.

Proactively communicate with stakeholders.Effectively manage conflicts and negotiate win-win solutions to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Skills: As a successful Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have: Associate's Degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years in HR operations, service delivery model, customer service, or employee service centerProficient computer skills, including Google suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude towards change, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose.
