Our client is a well-established leader in the construction industry, with a strong focus on community-driven projects. Founded in 2007, they operate out of multiple locations, including Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Southern MD. The company specializes in a wide range of project types, including K-12 educational facilities, affordable housing, capital improvements, and private developments.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Dynamic, close knit team!

Job Description
  • Assist in managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee at least one ground-up building project.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
  • Proven experience in the construction of apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and/or universities in the DMV area.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects with a value of at least $20 million.
  • Proficient in Excel and all MS Office programs.
  • Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Sage 300 Timberline, and Textura is preferred.

  • Base salary: $70k - $85k, plus up to a 10% annual bonus.
