Senior Administrative Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Revenue Officer. The Senior Administrative Assistant requires a high level of initiative and discretion in prioritizing their work and in performing duties that are generally complex and confidential in nature.Additional duties include managing calendars, scheduling appointments & meetings, recording meeting minutes, coordinating travel, and creating presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares reports for review.
- Provides follow up to assignments given to management.
- Maintains complex calendars as well as assist in organizing on and off-site meetings by preparing meeting agendas, preparing meeting presentation materials, taking and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Assists with special projects such as researching info, data gathering and preparing materials for workshop sessions both internal and client facing, distribution of materials to prepare for meetings.
- Draft, proofreads and modifies business presentations, letters and communications.
- Coordinates and serves as scribe for executive meetings and presentations & other duties.
- Complies with all approved procedures, directives and guidelines.
- Answers incoming calls, provides information to callers, or routes calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Required:
An Associate’s degree in Business, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of previous office administration experience is required. Advanced level MS Office Skills.
