Electrical Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery production equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machines.
- Comfortable working within a GMP and SOP environment
- Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot faults in motors, control panels, PLC systems, and automated machinery.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as sensors, switches, relays, and wiring.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them proactively.
- Maintain and update electrical schematics and technical documentation for equipment.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to diagnose and resolve automation issues.
- Assist in programming and modifying control systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Respond promptly to production breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Recommend and execute upgrades to enhance the reliability of electrical systems.
