IES is looking for 6-10 Outside Sales Representatives who will work hard to deliver Elite service to our community. You’ll receive extensive training, technology driven sales tools, and abundant support to foster your career success. We plan to open 8 new offices in 2020, and 30+ offices across the country over the next 5 years.This is where stars become leaders. Come grow with us!
As an IES sales representative, you’ll advise people about maintaining their most valuable asset, their home. The opportunities you pursue will be a mix of self-generated (cold) and company provided (warm) leads. Some reps knock doors while others learn to thrive on referrals.You decide how you want to build your sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for customers, generating referrals
- Inspecting the exterior of homes, including rooftops
- Advising homeowners of your findings and recommending next steps
- Creating estimates and delivering them along with the IES value proposition
- Offering finance solutions or assistance with the insurance process
- Guide the homeowner through material selection
- Convey details of the project to the Project Manager / Operations Team
- Communicate with sales management and update our sales CRM
- Achieve agreed upon sales goals monthly & annually
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
- Motivated to succeed and willing to put in work
- Resilience to rejection (it’s sales, people say no)
- Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt
- Good communication skills, verbal & written
- Strong attention to detail
- Technology savvy
- Capable of using a tablet and navigating apps
- Able to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder, and walk on a roof
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
