Position: CNC Machinist
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience programming and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls in a short run, high-mix environment. You will play a key role in ensuring productivity and quality while programming directly from prints.
Handle a variety of short-run, high-mix jobs in a fast-paced environment.
Assist and supervise others on the lathes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the highest quality standards.
Experience working in a short run, high-mix work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to assist and supervise others in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
Work with prints to develop machining programs (no CAM software in use).Handle a variety of short-run, high-mix jobs in a fast-paced environment.
Assist and supervise others on the lathes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the highest quality standards.
Participate in occasional overtime when required.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience programming CNC lathes, specifically with Fanuc controls.
Proven ability to program directly from prints.Experience working in a short run, high-mix work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable in a "do everything" work environment, contributing to various tasks as needed.
