About Our Client

One of the largest and most established foreign banking institutions in NYC.

• Execute assigned audits by following approved audit programs and questionnaires.
• Ensure audit reports and feedback are delivered complete, timely, insightful, error-free, and concise.
• Prepare summaries of audit findings and recommendations.
• Draft audit reports and effectively communicate findings to auditees.
• Log and summarize audit issues in the audit issues database.
• Attend training sessions on banking and IT-related topics.
• Develop and apply foundational knowledge of relevant banking laws, regulations, and guidelines, including FFIEC IT handbooks.
• Maximize the use of audit workflow tools when available.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-10 years of relevant work experience, including roles focused on IT infrastructure, application, and system implementation within a medium to large financial services organization, preferably in a risk or audit function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management.
• Experience in ensuring the sufficiency of documentary evidence for analytical procedures to meet audit standards and regulatory requirements.
• Background as a bank examiner, auditor, consultant, or compliance professional with in-depth knowledge of IT risks.
• Familiarity with IT Audit Standards (FFIEC) and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ITIL, etc.
• CISA, CISSP, or CISM certifications preferred.
