Billing Clerk - Twinsburg

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in TWINSBURG, Ohio. The job function is primarily based on site, within the industry of manfucturing. The Billing Clerk will handle a variety of tasks, including processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process approximately 50 customer invoices daily using ERP and other accounting software systems
• Review purchase orders and perform billing tasks on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit s
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle any issues related to billing
• Perform filing and scanning tasks for invoices
• Retrieve certifications for orders when necessary
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as needed
• Answer inbound calls pertaining to billing and other related issues
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
• Demonstrated experience in Computerized Billing
• Understanding of various Accounting Functions
• Skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively
