We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a QA Testing Analyst: III (Senior) to work in Columbus, Ohio. This position requires expertise in planning, integration test casing scripting, and execution of all testing procedures.

The role involves working on multiple projects/systems and calls for proficiency in collaborating with various teams, reviewing architectural and technical design specifications, and maintaining testing flows.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integration test casing scripting to ensure proper coverage.
  • Work on multiple projects or systems of moderate to high complexity.
  • Collaborate with different teams in reviewing business objectives and requirements, ensuring that they are testable.
  • Participate actively in reviewing architectural and technical design specifications.
  • Develop, document, and maintain test data and data validation for end-to-end testing flows.
  • Conduct testing using manual and/or automated test procedures and report results.
  • Run database queries for data validation within test scripts when necessary.
  • Update test cases based on approved change requests and work with teams on defect analysis and triage.
  • Assign defect severity and manage defects throughout the project.
  • Create test status reports, test results, and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness.
  • Collaborate with the project team to support User Acceptance Testing efforts as needed.
  • Maintain regression test bed to meet changing requirements and participate in off-hour production releases as needed.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members when necessary. • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability in documentation for maintaining clear and organized records
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of plans
  • Ability to review and evaluate work products effectively
  • Experience in supervising teams or projects
  • Competency in workstation support and production management
  • Experience dealing with vendors and managing vendor relationships
  • Track record of driving progress and successful implementation of projects
  • Proficiency in metric reporting and change management
  • Proven oversight and defect management skills
  • Familiarity with different testing methodologies and their applications
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results within set timelines
  • Proficiency in Go programming language is a plus
  • Experience in creating dashboards for reporting and monitoring
  • Knowledge of regression analysis and its application in QA testing
  • Familiarity with release processes, writing test cases, and bug tracking
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert in QA testing
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans
  • Understanding of business objectives and ability to align testing objectives with them.
