CNC Mill/Lathe Operator
Randstad is seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Lathe Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components. If you have a background in CNC machining and are passionate about precision work, this is a great opportunity. Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes in a production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and G-code (preferred, but not required)
- problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts to exact specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet blueprint specifications
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to optimize production efficiency
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines
