If you are qualified for this role, please answer the questions at the bottom of the posting and be sure to attach your resume Duties-Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase load volumes and freight spend within the assigned account portfolio.-Proactively address shipper challenges and provide real-time solutions to enhance performance.-Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers at all levels of the organization.-Gain a deep understanding of shippers' freight spend potential, service needs, challenges, and identify new business opportunities for expanding wallet share.-Collaborate with brokerage leadership on shipper RFPs, mini bids, and spot rate opportunities for assigned accounts.-Work closely with cross-functional team members, including carrier representatives, customer service reps, and brokerage leadership, to meet or exceed shipper scorecard expectations.-Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics solutions.-Conduct formal quarterly business reviews and provide proactive performance reports to relevant stakeholders.-Achieve or surpass account portfolio growth targets set by brokerage leadership.
