• Review the accuracy and quality of materials by following the instructions in source documents, such as packing slips, reports, and emails.
• Maintain a focus on quality.
• Participate in the fulfillment of orders, ensuring that daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
• Possesses basic computer skills and demonstrates the ability to learn to use basic fulfillment applications.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be flexible to work overtime during high volumes
