Our client in the Boca Raton area is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager and Data Analyst with a strong background in managing office operations and analyzing business data. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.
This full-time role will provide essential logistical support for the office, analyze key data, and contribute to the financial management of the organization. You’ll also be responsible for collecting and analyzing sales, marketing, and operational data to inform decision-making across the company.
You will assist with basic financial management and ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date. Qualified candidates must have a basic knowledge of QuickBooks and have intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPS and pivot tables) This is a permanent opportunity that offers a competitive benefits package.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical support for all onsite meetings and events.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Assist the COO with maintaining and updating office and board policies and
  • procedures.
  • Gain a working knowledge of all data sources currently in use by team
  • members.
  • Secure additional data sources as directed.
  • Carefully review, organize and analyze sales and marketing data
  • Work directly with all key team members to assess their data needs.
  • Gain a high level of proficiency in reviewing and analyzing sales and marketing
  • data.
  • Assist Accounting department as needed
  • Assist owner with reviewing personal financial records, reviewing discrepenices, etc.
