Summary: The Human Resources Generalist II coordinates, administers and develops various human resources services and functions within the organization. Under the general guidance of senior Human Resources management, the incumbent works with employees on all payroll and all shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefits through the HRIS (TriNet), including payroll processing,

- Generate HR reports and perform data analytics as necessary.
- Provide direction and guidance to all levels of employees on HR policies and procedures,
- Keep employees, managers, general managers, and leadership members advised on
- Play an integral part with integrating cultural values in the day-to-day business activities.
- Provide direction to organization interpretation and application of employee-related
policies, practices, and procedures, as well as international laws if applicable, governmental
regulations, and internal investigations to enhance consistency and maintain and improve the

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
- Vast working knowledge in employee relations, employment laws, personnel, training, and

- Must possess strong process management and communications skills, along with
- managing through systems, patience, and personal computer proficiency.
- Previous experience utilizing software and different platforms – TriNet (PEO), Trakstar
- (Performance Management System), Fidelity, Monday.com
- Proficient in Excel and skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and
- insights.
