Accounts Payable Systems Supervisor/Manager

We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Accounts Payable Systems Supervisor/Manager to join our team in the legal industry, located in NEW YORK, New York. As the Accounts Payable Systems Supervisor/Manager, your role will primarily revolve around managing our accounts payable system, conducting detailed analysis for efficiency improvements, and leading our accounts payable team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the company's accounts payable system to ensure smooth financial operations
• Utilize Elite 3E system to perform detailed analysis for identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Develop and present accurate financial reports to senior management in a timely manner
• Regularly review and update accounts payable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the Elite 3E system
• Collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate accurate flow of financial information within the organization
• Lead projects related to enhancements and upgrades of the accounts payable system
• Ensure all transactions are in compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Proficiency in using Elite 3E software
• Extensive knowledge and experience in accounts payable systems
• Proven ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant detail oriented certification such as CPA is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role within the legal industry.
