Talent Acquisition Specialist
This position involves coordinating various stages of the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding, HR support to project management and offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to our mission.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Help organize and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment or HR coordination is a plus.
