We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the government sector based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be providing crucial administrative support, handling internal and external communications, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized files.

- Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance within a public sector setting
- Proven skills in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Proficiency in composing detail-oriented correspondence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to generate data reports, analyze information and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in supply ordering, keeping track of inventory and ensuring office supplies are always adequately stocked
