Through the Mentorship for Ukraine program, TEEI connects experienced professionals with individuals seeking guidance in their careers, entrepreneurship, and professional growth.
About the Mentorship Program
TEEI’s mentorship program is designed to be flexible and accessible, offering:
- On-Demand Mentorship: Mentees can book one-time advisory sessions for quick career insights.
- Structured Mentorship: Long-term mentoring relationships, typically lasting six months, focused on professional and personal development.
- Automated Matching System: AI-driven technology connects mentors with mentees based on shared interests, expertise, and career goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Engagement analytics track progress and measure impact.
Responsibilities
As a Volunteer Mentor, you will:
- Provide career guidance, industry insights, and skill development support.
- Offer coaching on resume building, interview preparation, networking, and soft skills.
- Assist aspiring entrepreneurs with business strategy, market research, and leadership development.
- Participate in either one-off advisory sessions or structured long-term mentoring.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with mentees.

Requirements

- Availability to commit at least two to four hours per month for mentoring sessions.
