Director/Senior Corporate Human Resources Partner

Role Overview:

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a strategic Director, HR Business Partner to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives, engage with senior leadership, and support diverse corporate teams, including Accounting & Finance, Compliance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations.

You will drive performance, talent management, and engagement strategies to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to coach and support managers in the performance and talent management processes for NorthStar’s corporate teams.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to design and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning, talent assessments, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist managers in issue resolution and communication.
  • Lead action planning initiatives following the annual employee engagement survey and develop retention strategies.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure roles are appropriately scoped and create job descriptions for key openings, including career path development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years in Human Resources or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
  • Demonstrated project management with the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to meet ambitious timetables, milestones, and deliverables
  • Executive gravitas, communication, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Strong track record of leading change management initiatives at the enterprise-wide level
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to meet ambitious deadlines and collaborate across departments.
  • Expertise in developing presentations and delivering them to executive leaders, using Microsoft Office and other mediums.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and a track record of leading organizational change.
