Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and modifications on injection molds and tooling.
• Troubleshoot mold issues such as flash, short shots, or dimensional inconsistencies.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds to ensure proper functionality.
• Operate machining equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of molds and tooling.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve tooling concerns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and mold specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in designing or fabricating mold components as needed.
