Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures to align with labor laws and organizational needs.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Oversee compliance with labor regulations, including FMLA, OSHA, and EEO guidelines.
- Manage disciplinary actions and termination processes as needed.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives and provide HR guidance to leadership.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive employee information and maintain confidentiality.
- Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, to improve HR processes.
