Accounts Payable Clerk

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review customer orders and match them to invoices
• Conduct thorough auditing of accounts payable information
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable information
• Ensure all necessary documents from carriers are accurately recorded in the system
• Process payments through ACH and coordinate with other staff members for check cutting when necessary
• Utilize QuickBooks for invoice processing and other financial tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions for account maintenance
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Experience in executing Check Runs
• Skilled in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry abilities
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
