Column Technical Services is in search of a Tool and Die Maker to lead our Tool Room team, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders while upholding safety and quality standards. This role requires significant experience in tool construction and advanced machining techniques, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:-Assist in estimating and preparing quotes for new tooling and machining projects, including cost and time projections.-Minimize tooling downtime, ensure consistent tool performance, and maintain accountability within the tool room.-Effectively schedule machinists to meet die build deadlines within budget constraints.-Determine optimal process paths and create supporting routings to manufacture tooling according to specifications.-Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient tool room operations.
