You will work closely with various departments to drive workplace safety, manage hazardous materials, and develop emergency response plans. **Must have prior automotive experience** Key Responsibilities: ✔ Provide HSE leadership, training, and support across the organization ✔ Track and analyze safety metrics to reduce workplace risks ✔ Oversee incident investigations and ensure corrective actions ✔ Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations ✔ Conduct industrial hygiene activities and hazard assessments ✔ Develop and implement emergency response policies
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HSE leadership role OSHA 30 certification, CPR, First Aid, and ESD training preferred Knowledge of hazardous materials management and workplace ergonomics Excellent communication skills and ability to train teams effectively

Responsibilities
Provides HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all levels of the organization and across allfunctional groups.
Tracks company health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risk.
Works closely with Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving plant construction, equipment
design, and hazardous assessments.
Provide information to management about recommendations for process improvements and decision
proposals.
Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are in place to manage emergencysituations.
Maintains all Federal, State, and Local permits in current and valid condition.
Performs industrial hygiene activities including chemical monitoring, ozone monitoring, and any othermonitoring programs, as necessary.
Prepares regulatory agency submissions.
Maintains current working knowledge of all applicable HSE regulations.
Manage and create safety related documents, policies, and procedures for Company in compliancewith regulatory agencies, e.g., OSHA, EPA, etc.
