Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst (HDA1) to support IT operations by automating processes and implementing new technologies to optimize desktop performance. The role includes providing desktop support, managing software licensing, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support and manage software licensing.
• Image machines, install complex software, and streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues.
• Set up, maintain, and remove desktop equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
• Support hardware moves and facility reorganizations.
• Resolve ServiceNow tickets efficiently and maintain high-quality customer service.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in documenting procedures.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and knowledge base systems.

Desired Skills:

• Retail customer service experience.
• Service desk experience.
