Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and strong communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for managing the inventory and distribution of parts and supplies necessary for production. This role requires effective communication with multiple departments, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage parts inventory to ensure availability for production needs.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to order and track parts and materials.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Verify parts upon receipt and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Organize and maintain the parts storage area for efficient access and retrieval.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of parts for ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate records of parts orders, inventory levels, and usage.
• Assist in resolving any parts-related issues that may arise during production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the parts department.

Proven experience as a Parts Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain management or a related field are a plus.
