Job Description
  • Oversee daily on-site supervision of field labor, including assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and construction personnel.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing construction efforts, ensuring adherence to design, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance, including drawing interpretation and recommendations for construction methods and equipment.
  • Inspect contractor and subcontractor operations to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to review and approve trade contractor payment applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, engineers, and partners.
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plan in coordination with Project Manager.
  • Implement quality assurance and control measures, conducting inspections and coordinating site testing efforts.
  • Monitor project costs, including labor hours and materials.
  • Enforce the Safety and Health Management Program, demonstrating commitment to a safe and injury-free environment.
  • Manage schedules, preparing detailed short-term plans and ensuring all tasks are completed on or ahead of time.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports documenting weather, site conditions, labor, progress, and incidents.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and actively participate in project discussions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to support field superintendents and engineers.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of Construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Completed Ground up projects greater than $25 Million (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
