Job Description:

This role will be responsible for performing the duties of Administrative Assistant for the Lennox Corporate IT Department.

Job Duties:

  • Schedules meetings and other events
  • Schedules and Manages re-occurring IT operational meetings
  • Answer main telephone line and transfer to the appropriate staff member, handle basic questions
  • Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and data entry
  • Arranges travel, coordinates events, and schedules meetings as directed
  • Distribute mail; maintain office supplies
  • Provides administrative support to the IT Senior Leadership team including but not limited to maintaining expense reports, outlook calendars, contact lists, etc.
  • Provide general support to staff and visitors
  • Manage office assignments & availability for IT areas
  • Coordinates and arranges catering for lunches and special events
  • Ability to handle special projects and ad hoc requests as needed, e.g. assistance with preparing a presentation, org charts, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of recent experience in an administrative assistant role or project manager
  • Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience in SharePoint and SAP, preferred
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • High standards of confidentiality, trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and be highly effective in a team environment
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

This is an onsite position. We are in the office Monday - Thursday, with the option of working remote on Friday.
