Pay Range: $19 - $21/hr. *based on experience*
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm with overtime available

Plenus Group, Inc, is a food manufacturer with an extensive line of versatile soups, sauces and value-added specialty food items, our foodservice division offers restaurants and grocery stores many delicious ways to please their customers.
GENERAL SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate processes receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods and raw materials. Stages materials for production and moves them to / from the production floor. Responsible for food handling in accordance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans.*The Warehouse Associate will be working in a freezer environment*
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- - Posts receipt or movement of any product to ERP
- Stages all material needed to successfully mix, produce and package products on all manufacturing lines, ensuring that production is not interrupted for lack of materials.
- Stores or ships all finished goods product from designated production area
- Takes returns from production and re-racks according to need
- Notifies warehouse Manager for inspection of incoming product
- Rotates product date codes during pulling operations
- Maintains inventory accuracy
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards
- Able to work independently with little direction
- Able to perform other duties as directed by Warehouse Manager
- - Requires working flexible hours as needs of the business dictates
- Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 60 pounds
- Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, food allergens and gas.
- Must be able to work in the heat/steam and cold environment and do manual labor
- - High School degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math
- Experience with forklifts and power jacks.
- Utilize computer and software to accommodate required transactions
