Position Summary:
We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the Director of Premium and Catering Manger to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best MiLB experience.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15, plus tips.

About the Venue:
Fifth Third Park will be one of the newest and most state-of-the-art minor league baseball and entertainment facilities in the country! The ballpark will be located in downtown Spartanburg, SC and will be the home to the Hub City Spartanburgers, an MiLB affiliate of the Texas Rangers.Fifth Third Park will play host to 66 professional baseball games per season, but it will operate well beyond baseball, and will also be utilized for other events including concerts, festivals, comedy shows, amateur sports, community gatherings and private functions.
The facility will be able to welcome over 5,000 fans on game days and over 10,000 guests when operating concerts and other mass gathering events.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently when required using your own initiative.
- Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Set up and refresh food and beverage stations, including snacks, drinks, and catering orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per their preferences.
- Ensure that any special dietary requests are accommodated.
- Maintain the cleanliness of food areas.
- The Suite Attendant’s primary goal is to offer high-level, personalized service to guests while maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the suite. Their role is crucial in ensuring an elevated guest experience in high-end or exclusive environments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education is often required.
- Previous Experience: While formal experience may not always be necessary, previous work in hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping can be an advantage.
- Experience in VIP or Luxury Services: Experience in handling high-profile guests or working in luxury settings is often preferred
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address small details to ensure the suite is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly resolve any guest concerns or issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Stamina and Endurance: The role may require long hours on your feet, moving furniture or equipment, and performing physical tasks such as cleaning and restocking.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle small tasks like arranging food, arranging linens, or adjusting decorations.
- Lifting: Some suites may require lifting light to moderate objects, such as trays of food, boxes, or cleaning equipment.
