We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Alhambra, California. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be in charge of managing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate record keeping, and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and ensure accurate recording of all journal entries
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Compile monthly financial reports for the executive team as required
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Record and deposit payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that completed orders are invoiced and billed to the client
- Track and make timely payment of all taxes including CDTFA, FTB, La county, Fed
- Manage the accounting calendar to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Input all material into QuickBooks for accurate tracking and record keeping
- Oversee workers compensation audits to ensure compliance
- Manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks including overseeing customer orders and invoices generated in rental software
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Proficient in using ADP
- Financial Services for payroll and other related activities
- Demonstrated experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping
- Solid understanding of accounting functions and principles
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proven track record in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management
- Capability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements.
