Currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a position with a well established and growing company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of Customer Service leadership experience.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor- Manage and oversee team of customer service agents
- Achieve quality and efficiency targets through coaching
- Maintain a positive, employee focused environment
- Handle complex and escalated customer issues in a professional manner
- 3+ years of Customer Service leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
