Responsibilities:- Develop and distribute educational materials tailored to the needs of the targeted populations
- Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure linkage to care and support services
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, testing, and client interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective strategies for engaging targeted populations
- Process customer applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, organizations, and local businesses to enhance outreach efforts
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and workshops to promote awareness and education
- Utilize skills in Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Computer Programs, CRM, and EHR SYSTEM for efficient job performance
- Handle customer account monitoring and take appropriate action based on account status. • Proficiency in Allscripts and Cerner Technologies
- Familiarity with various computer programs
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of EHR systems
- Ability to handle answering inbound calls
- Experience with authorizations in a medical setting
- Understanding of benefit and billing functions in healthcare
- Previous work in a call center customer service role
