Wieland is hiring a Cat Cell Brush Reamer. The Cat Cell Brush Reamer will be responsible for operating equipment safely per standard operating procedure and initiating improvement to safe operations as appropriate. This role is at Wieland Small Tube Products located in Duncansville, PA and will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay: $18.82./hr. (+ .50/hr. shift differential) --> Pay will increase to $23.53 after 60-90 day training period.Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing
Schedule: 3rd Shift - 11 pm-7 am
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Responsibilities:
Cat Cell Brush Reamer Responsibilities:
- Maintains safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Maintains effective communication with other employees, including supervisor/management and during shift changes.
- Posts and records information as needed on traveler tickets and/or daily production sheets
- Maintains a neat and orderly work environment.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the various tasks identified on the machine’s training evaluation form.
- Able to work overtime as business needs require.
- Cleans and returns removed tools.
- Attends meetings as required
- Cross trains in other areas as needed
Cat Cell Brush Reamer Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent training as approved by Immediate Supervisor, Next Level Supervision, and Human Resources Department
- Maintains thorough knowledge of equipment/machine specific SOP’s
- Successfully completed Forklift training
