Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in CINCINNATI, Ohio. The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining correct customer credit records, processing customer credit applications, and ensuring that our accounts receivable reflects the most current situation.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintaining and updating customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Handling direct communication with customers for cash collection and follow-up activities
• Ensuring the alignment of accounts receivable between local and group ERP
• Reviewing and reconciling discrepancies in accounts receivable
• Assisting with closing activities and handling ad hoc analysis and tasks
• Supporting the implementation of automated dunning from the Group ERP when relevant
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions to ensure account accuracy
• Conducting analysis on accounts receivable and managing dunning activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proven expertise in Account Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with Cash Applications.
• Demonstrated capabilities in Cash Collections.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis.
• Experience in using Oracle for accounting and financial tasks.
• Familiarity with NetSuite for managing financial actions and processes.
