Temp Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist
The hours for the role would be between 25-35 hours a week but may increase to 40 hours depending on business need. If you an Accounts Payable professional with more than 3 years of experience, I would love to invite you to apply to this role.

Responsibilities- Process 150-200 invoices weekly using the Lawson accounting system.
- Verify invoice accuracy, match purchase orders, and ensure proper coding for payment.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks, including reconciliations and reports.
- Utilize Excel, including pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address payment issues.
