Job Description
  • Coordinate and execute the annual financial plan, collaborating with leaders to establish revenue goals across various functions.
  • Work with department managers to assess historical spending and plan future expenditures.
  • Serve as a finance business partner to Vice Presidents, developing tailored tools and reports to evaluate financial performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on monthly financial performance, identifying opportunities based on performance variations.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports for the Board and executive management, offering insights for stakeholders.
  • Enhance product-line reporting and assist Product Management with analysis to influence product performance.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Excel and business modeling, with advanced experience in financial reporting tools such as OneStream.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
