In this role you'll be supporting Capital Projects in the Systems Business Unit. -Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements-Research, outline, write and edit technical documentation, such as bid documents, contracts specifications, and procedures-Train users on how to use technical documentation and terminology-Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience-Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities-Prepare, review, and revise project specific technical documents-Prepare, review, and revise master templates using current PRDCs and detailed specifications.
Coordinate with internal Contracts and Legal teams to ensure revisions provide sufficient technical content and of acceptable format and style-Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users-Develop and implement a process for managing changes to technical documentation-Present technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference
