We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Baytown, Texas. The selected candidate will be instrumental in managing a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your role will encompass welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, managing mail and packages, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring they reach the intended recipient in a timely manner.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks as required, maintaining the integrity of our internal databases.
  • Utilize your skills to respond effectively to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, contributing to a detail oriented and welcoming environment.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms and resources.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of the office. • Proficiency in data entry tasks
  • Experience in performing receptionist duties
  • Ability to distribute incoming mail efficiently
  • Skilled in handling phone inquiries professionally
  • Demonstrated ability in singing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
