Receptionist

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Herndon, Virginia. This role involves providing support for various administrative and front desk duties within the industry. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations.

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or person
• Manage and distribute correspondence (e.g. letters, packages, etc.)
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed
• Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Maintain accurate records of visitors
• Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
• Proficiency in Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven organizational and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with office equipment and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
