Job Description:We are Hiring Immediately for a Warehouse Associate - Shift 1 position in an exciting warehouse facility! As a general warehouse worker, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.

job summary:Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Specialist directs workflow, maintains inventory accuracy ensuring timely customer service and regulatory compliance. Responsible for the daily issuance and receiving of materials and chemicals to the manufacturing areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate material verification, data files, records, and reporting.
- Ensure required materials, components, chemicals and other supplies are delivered to manufacturing areas in a timely fashion to ensure continuity of production.
- Perform receiving functions
- receive material, inspect to specification and delivery.
- Verify packing slip match to received product and QA stamp of Certificate of Analysis is acceptable.
- Order raw materials to meet business needs.
Maintain MRO items to meet business needs.
- Perform various facility and equipment audits (area and fork truck checklist) to assure area is cGMP and OSHA compliant and housekeeping maintained.
- Provide training in operations, inventory systems, forklift training and testing, safety and compliance.
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs and plant policies and rules.
- Assist in area improvements, department changes and meetings.
- This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site.
- Engage others, promote and participate in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
salary: $21/hr
work hours: 6:45PM to 7:15AM
