Responsibilities- Enter transactions into QuickBooks efficiently and accurately.
- Perform basic data entry tasks with a high attention to detail.
- Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions when necessary.
- Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain precise records of all customer credit data.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and data.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all data entry tasks are completed on time.
- Utilize 'Computer Data Entry' skills to maintain and update the database.
- Adhere to all data privacy rules and regulations during the execution of duties.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. • Must possess at least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Demonstrable skills in Computer Data Entry are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
- Capable of completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
