Tooling offsets and M and G code updates are a routine function of this position.
- Operational knowledge of all machine cells including start-up, product inspection, and operation of equipment.
- Horizontal and Vertical Milling
- Perform set-ups, Change outs, Machine tool set-up, edits.
- CNC recovery, M&G code programming,
- understanding of CNC codes/programs.
- Monday - Friday, 2-10pm

Responsibilities
All duties and responsibilities of a Machine Operator plus the following: Operational knowledge of all machine cells including start-up, product inspection, and operation of peripheral equipment.
Perform set-up and first piece approval procedure during the first and last hour of
each shift. This is a time when OJT’s (On The Job Training Modules) are being
performed and documented.
Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of Quality issues as they arise and help
determine short term and long-term corrective actions.
Perform and assist performing maintenance and preventative maintenance activitieson equipment.
The essential functions of this role include:- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
