Part Time Office Assistant

Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in a dynamic office environment. This position is expect to work 15-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas stay organized.
- Support scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Assist with document preparation and correspondence.
- Provide additional administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel especially).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability for part-time hours.
