Part Time Office Assistant

Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in a dynamic office environment. This position is expect to work 15-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas stay organized.
  • Support scheduling and appointment coordination.
  • Assist with document preparation and correspondence.
  • Provide additional administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel especially).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability for part-time hours.
