A Financial Services firm in Willow Grove is seeking an Office Manager/Receptionist for a long-term contract engagement. This position will begin immediately and run through the end of April or through early May. The hours for this position are 9am - 5:30pm and is 100% on site.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients, intermediate Outlook and Excel skills, and a friendly but professional demeanor. In this role you will answer phones, assist with collating tax packets, and ad hoc projects as they arise.
