We are supporting a high growth leading manufacturer they an opening on their team for a Manufacturing Engineer. This role is located in Elkhart and is responsible for supporting production needs by programing and supporting fabrication equipment.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Oversee weld processes and production support, specifically focused on MIG, TIG, Robotics.
Improve welding process that impact overall product quality, while positively effecting quality and delivery issues.
Be the technical go-to on all welding related issues.
Advise on new welding technology including equipment and processes.
Design, build, test, and implement production tooling where necessary

Manufacturing Engineer Skills & Knowledge:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field desired, or equivalent qualification or a combination of job-related education.
Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with metal fabrication, welding or CNC programming required.
