Our client a prestigious well-known firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Commercial Real Estate to join their dynamic legal team in Miami. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions to contribute to our growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews, and coordinate with title companies and surveyors.
- Draft and manage correspondence, legal documents, and closing checklists.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Coordinate and assist with closings, including preparation of closing documents and ensuring all closing conditions are met.
- Research and analyze legal issues related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Maintain and update transaction status reports for attorneys and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and related legal documents.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
