About Our Client

Our client is a large global financial services institution that is currently expanding its US HQ in NYC.

Job Description
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Manage company accounts and subscriptions.
  • Maintain and update accurate records, files, and databases in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Work closely with the office's landlord, maintenance team, and building/scheduled services.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects as needed.
  • Assist the greater payroll team as needed.
  • Run the relationships with vendors including contract management, drafting policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
  • 4+ yoe as an administrator; preferably with experience working in the financial space.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Salary: $90 - 110K + discretionary bonus.
  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days from the office; 1 from home.
